🔄 Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every purchase. These are our rules, in line with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

⏳ 14 days to cancel

You can cancel a purchase and return an item within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. If you are a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, the law gives you a longer period (see the Terms of Service).

📦 Received a defective or wrong item?

We'll exchange it or give you a full refund, and the return is at our expense. Sometimes we can solve it without a return at all. Send us clear photos of the defect and a short description. 📷

❌ Cancelling for any other reason (size, change of mind)

You get back what you paid, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase price or ₪100, whichever is lower. Return shipping is at your expense.

🚚 How to return

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +972-55-966-1532 or email support@chicyboutique.com with your full name, order number and the items you want to return.
2. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Please don't ship anything before you get the address from us.
3. Send the item by registered mail with a tracking number and keep the receipt.

💳 Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, subject to the item being returned. If you haven't received it, contact us.

🚫 Non-returnable items

• Customized or special-order products
• Personal care items (cosmetics, etc.)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
• Gift cards

🌍 EU customers

If you live in the EU, you may cancel and return your order within 14 days without giving a reason, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
