📦 Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Chicy Boutique! Here's how shipping works.

⏳ Processing time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding holidays).

🚚 Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7-14 days after dispatch (about 10 days on average). Close to delivery you'll get an SMS to choose a pickup point, or the parcel goes to the point nearest your address.

💸 Shipping cost

Shipping costs ₪25 and is free on orders over ₪250. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

🌍 International shipping

We also ship to selected destinations abroad. Local customs duties or taxes, if any, are paid by the recipient.

📍 Order tracking

Once your parcel ships, you'll get a tracking number by email (and on WhatsApp if you ticked the box at checkout). See the tracking page.
